In late 2024, I found myself at a crossroads, having spent the past three years away from the spotlight of front-line sales in various leadership roles at a nationally recognised real estate agency. This pivotal moment inspired me to return to the heart of my passion: real estate sales and company ownership. With nearly a decade of industry experience and a renewed focus, I’m proud to announce the launch of my new real estate sales company—The Good Agent.
The past three years of my real estate career have been dedicated to influential and managerial roles, where I spearheaded significant advancements in technology adoption, developed and delivered tailored training programmes nationwide, enhanced systems and compliance processes, and effectively navigated critical challenges during some of the most demanding market conditions in recent years. While these roles took me away from the front-line sales environment, they enriched my understanding of the industry and strengthened my commitment to a client-first, values-driven approach.
As 2024 transitions into 2025, I’m embarking on an exciting new chapter. At The Good Agent, we’re dedicated to delivering trusted, professional real estate services that prioritise integrity, quality, and meaningful community connections.
